Our olive oil is naturally cholesterol, sodium and carbohydrate free and contains many antioxidants such as vitamin E, carotenoids and oleuropein. That's why we love it. Kaimua Farm and our neighbours have been producing high quality olives for oil for over 15 years. Several varieties were initially planted including Luccino, Frantoio, and Koroneiki. Some varieties have thrived while some produce only a small cropping, but have been maintained to blend different flavours and aftertastes to the bulk croppers.
